1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Zonivas", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the financial education practice operating under the Zonivas name at 14/6 Soi Ari 1, Phahonyothin Road, Samsen Nai, Phaya Thai, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
• "Service" — any financial education service offered by Zonivas, including the Financial Conversation Starter, Recurring Cost Audit, and Retirement Income Strategy.
• "Client", "you", "your" — any individual who engages with or purchases a service from Zonivas.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any service confirmation or written correspondence.
• "Session" — a scheduled appointment between the client and a Zonivas educator, whether in person or via video call.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, making an enquiry, confirming a booking, or otherwise engaging Zonivas's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any service engagement.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Nature of Services

Zonivas provides financial education services. All services are informational and educational in nature. Nothing provided by Zonivas constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated financial service.

Zonivas is not a licensed financial advisor, investment manager, or regulated financial entity. All decisions you make in relation to your finances remain entirely your own responsibility.

Services are currently delivered in English, in person at our Ari location or remotely via video call, as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Booking and Confirmation

• Service bookings are confirmed via email after initial contact and agreement on scheduling.
• A booking is considered confirmed when Zonivas sends written confirmation to the client.
• Zonivas reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking where necessary.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are as listed on our website and in service confirmations, quoted in Thai Baht (฿).
• Payment is due prior to or at the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session: no refund; the session may be rescheduled once at Zonivas's discretion.
• Cancellations initiated by Zonivas: a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
• No-shows without prior notice forfeit the session fee.

7. Client Responsibilities

When engaging with Zonivas's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your enquiry and sessions
• Attend sessions at the agreed time, or notify us with reasonable notice if you need to reschedule
• Use any materials and written summaries provided for your personal, non-commercial use only
• Refrain from recording sessions without express prior written consent from Zonivas
• Engage respectfully with Zonivas educators and staff

8. Intellectual Property

All written materials, frameworks, summaries, and educational content produced by Zonivas remain the intellectual property of Zonivas unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials delivered as part of their service engagement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Zonivas materials without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

• Zonivas's services are provided for educational purposes only. We make no representation that the information provided will be suitable for your specific financial circumstances.
• Past outcomes or examples discussed during sessions do not indicate or imply future results of any kind.
• We do not warrant that our services will resolve any particular financial concern or produce any specific outcome.
• We recommend that clients seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals before making significant financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Zonivas's total liability to any client, arising from or in connection with a service, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service engagement.

Zonivas shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of financial opportunity, arising from reliance on educational content provided during sessions.

11. Confidentiality

Zonivas treats all information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose personal financial details shared in the context of a service engagement to any third party, except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a multi-session service engagement at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, fees for sessions already completed are non-refundable; fees for future sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Zonivas reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately and without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before pursuing any formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal discussion in good faith.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with any written service confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Zonivas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
