In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

By submitting a contact form, making an enquiry, confirming a booking, or otherwise engaging Zonivas's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any service engagement.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Nature of Services

Zonivas provides financial education services. All services are informational and educational in nature. Nothing provided by Zonivas constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated financial service.

Zonivas is not a licensed financial advisor, investment manager, or regulated financial entity. All decisions you make in relation to your finances remain entirely your own responsibility.

Services are currently delivered in English, in person at our Ari location or remotely via video call, as agreed at the time of booking.

All written materials, frameworks, summaries, and educational content produced by Zonivas remain the intellectual property of Zonivas unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials delivered as part of their service engagement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Zonivas materials without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Zonivas's total liability to any client, arising from or in connection with a service, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service engagement.

Zonivas shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of financial opportunity, arising from reliance on educational content provided during sessions.

11. Confidentiality

Zonivas treats all information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose personal financial details shared in the context of a service engagement to any third party, except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a multi-session service engagement at any time by providing written notice. In such cases, fees for sessions already completed are non-refundable; fees for future sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Zonivas reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately and without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before pursuing any formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal discussion in good faith.
